KVA Apartments

The KVA is proud to operate two 4-plex apartment buildings. Built in 2019, each unit has two bedrooms and comes partially furnished.

Rent Rates

2- bedroom Apartment

Rates per 2 Bedroom Unit – $1,500/month (includes Hydro only)
$1000 Damage Deposit Required
Approximately 550 to 600 square feet.

Features

Our buildings are super-insulated and energy efficient. All units have:

• independent entrances from outdoors
• 4 appliances: fridge, stove, and in-suite clothes washer & dryer
• big windows and handy built-in closets
• connections for installing telephone, internet, and cable
• electric heat
• hot water included in rent
• Each unit has an independent air handling system,
• 1 parking spot (per unit) with vehicle plug-in available
• All units come partially furnished (beds, living room, and Kitchenware)

Rental Policy Notes

• All of the apartments are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted outside on the property
• Strictly no pets
• Maximum household income: $80,600/year (includes all earners in the household). Tenants must sign a declaration that they earn under the threshold amount
• Tenants are required to obtain insurance

Yukon School of Visual Arts Students

KVA endeavors to allocate 4 apartments each fall to students attending Yukon School of Visual Arts.

Deadline for applications for these apartments is July 26th, 2025.

Eligibility

• Applicant has indicated they can afford the rent and is willing to abide by the rental policies of the apartment complex
• Applicant has acceptable references
